      Pros

      Good equipment as far as trucks go Week Day Fleet managers are okay Not much else to say as far as pros go

      Cons

      Low pay, low miles, load planners don't care about driver request. Treated like pack mules to me it seems like driver pay and miles are irrelevant as long as we move freight and line the pockets of the higher ups.

      Pros

      This company hires truckers with little to no experience. They will reimburse you for tuition. Pretty good with layover pay. You will get your retention pay & scale ticket refund but you have to stay on them. Dispatchers are respectful to drivers as long as you do most of what they ask you to do.

      Cons

      New dispatcher every 4 months, miles per week seemed to be governed at 2,500-2,800 a week. I ask to be stacked every weekend and that barely happens. I thought becoming a trainer would help me get more miles but that only helps about 10 days out of a month on the students last week & a half.

      nothing good to share this is the lowest class company

      Cons

      The worst company you would work for. Lowest pay ever. They will tell you 35 cpm but you will get 16 cpm. They will tell you about layover but will never pay it because of a problem with the computer. Never try to get money for detention you will wait 16 hours then they will find you late. In addition they will cut %10 of the miles you drive which means drive 2000 get paid 1800 only.
