      Pros

      The people who work at USX that are NOT in senior leadership are great people, strive for excellence, and always push to help their drivers. Generally very kind and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Senior leadership acts like they're all about big ideas and pushing forward, but in reality they only value "loyalty" to their questionable strategy decisions and if you even slightly disagree, you are put on a list for removal from the company the next chance they get. The people they elevate into senior management are simply "yes-men" who agree with whatever decision is made at the top so that they can keep their cushy position. Not a great place to grow, unless you're ok with selling out.
