Pros

If you have the hours, they'll have the freight! Also, you can make mmuch more than the recruiter outlines to you. I do and my family reaps the benefits.

Cons

No different than other trucking companies. I don't socialize with the drivers too often because I am too busy making money.

Overall my experience with this company was good. I actually enjoyed my job. I did dedicated work out of Marion, Indiana

Pros

Seeing the Upper Midwest. Great "Supervisor". New tractor. Good Medical Benefits. Able to bring the Pooch along. Never an issue with the Gas Card. Repairs were minimal and i personally had hardly any down time. Unloading became an addiction after I lost 60 pounds without changing my eating habits.

Cons

If you don't like hard physically demanding work, don't bother applying. I was not told upon hire about these demands. I found out each day as I learned exactly what needed to be done. Certain people are favorites and get the good easy and well paying runs. I was not one of them.

Great company if you are just looking to learn some insight on transportation and logistics. Pay is ok for the area but could be better.

Cons

Looking for advancement or good pay this is not the company. Many people are promoted based on who the know and not what they know.
