      Pros

      Since joining usx/variant I have seen impressive changes over the last year. I feel strongly that we are moving to a place where Drivers understand we are not "lying" to them about our runs, but that we are true partners in looking out for their best interest, we are putting the Drivers back in the Drivers seat. I have worked in operations, dispatch and recruiting and this is the first time I feel like my opinions are heard and actions are taken.

      Cons

      We have went through changes. However, I feel like usx/variant is turning into a company in which everyone can be proud and actually focused on the Driver.

      Cons

      Human Resource does not handle workplace harassment well. I have an EEOC case opened against them
