Pros

It's an exciting time to work at U.S. Xpress! The digital transformation happening here and means that there are a lot of opportunities to grow. Leadership truly values team member opinions and ideas. I've been with U.S. Xpress for just a little under a year and love it!

Great work relationships, mid to upper management backs each other for the most part

Cons

Too many chiefs and not enough Indians, you end up with too many directs, not enough support, and often too many different mgrs offering false ideology of directions
