Pros

CEO is honest, open, and accountable. The company treats most of it's employees great. Benefits are middle of the road

Cons

The VP's are not very good leaders, but the managers under them are awesome. Recruiters are being forced out of the door currently.

u can get experience if you are a new driver

Cons

the money is insanely low, they will stick you on nights 4ever unless you fit in with a certain group, you will get the worst routes and trucks, new drivers are treated horribly.
