Poor Management, especially on the Walmart Dedicated Side! Sub-standard Communication, you are treated like a truck number and they will distort the truth to ensure they're able to continue 'status quo'. Most of the Fleet Managers wouldn't know the inside of a semi-tractor from a farm tractor. Their logistics personnel panics instead or logistically responding to situations causing unnecessary chaos that impacts the driver. They will Preassign you a load and when you are halfway to your destination it's Cancelled: The Maintenance staff is disgruntled and lack the skills necessary to keep the wheels moving which means you are punished financially for their inefficiencies. AND lastly, keep in mind that 'cents per mile' doesn't add up to a decent paycheck, if you're not getting the miles!

This is one of the most unproductive and unprofessional office environment I worked in. It's like working in a fraternity house with a bunch of immature guys wearing shorts and flip flops to work. It's so unprofessional, ugh!
