The benefits and education assistance are really good compared to most employers these days.

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism. If you’re not willing to kiss up to management, good luck. Your opinions, ideas, or questions are not welcome here. Rather than staffing the clinic adequately, they micromanage employees and create policies they only enforce with certain people (eg phone policies, you can’t even be one minute late, etc). The pay is also terrible.
