Pros

Nice, respectful people - overall the attitude and culture is positive and welcoming which is rare for an investment bank.

Cons

The IB works on a very tight budget as it is not UBS' focus seeing as their main business is being a wealth manager. Hence, it is often difficult to get new business initiatives funded and the overall global markers IT stack does not operate as efficiently as it should.

Pros

-Nice culture where everyone is willing to help and managers are friendly -Well-designed office -Good benefits and work life balance, essentially this is a good place if you have a family

Cons

-Limited progression -Fixed bonus (which is low) for non front-office staff at the lower levels which is quite demoralising especially in light of good earnings -As part of the Graduate Talent Program final placement is highly dependant on headcount available
