Pros

Friendly and talented people, challenging jobs and tasks, best hardware and facilities, top tier technology, fun and interesting events and fairly reasonable life styles.

Cons

If you are able to get the same position in UBS somewhere else than China, you will have a better pay and a better chance to be promoted.

Pros

Traders are not allowed to take big risks, slow pace overall, not so qualified IT.

Cons

Infrastructure is old, people tend to get promoted/paid as a function of politics and of how much time they sped on the company.
