Everyone who works here is extremely nice, willing to help, and there are opportunities to move around within the company.

Cons

Slow response times, difficult to execute change, technologically behind compared to other firms. There are no annual bonuses offered by the firm and pay increases do not keep up with inflation.

They can get stuck in the stone age in terms of technology and innovation. They lack specialists and don't value the one's they already have. They need to focus on the next-gen more. Pretty high stress environment depending on what you do, but almost a given.
