No job security, immature management and supervisors, politics and favoritism run amok.

Hostile culture and extremely poor management The corporate culture at the UCD is very much a yes sir, how high do you want me to jump atmosphere. There is a great divide between the managers and the average employees, or as one of the top management put it "the lowly people". They seem to put people in management positions when they have no people skills and aren't able to communicate to other employees. Favortism is also a huge problem.UCD does not treat you with respect or professionalism. If you are looking for a position where you enjoy going to work everyday, where your opinion is valued, and your hard work is appreciated, avoid UCD If you have other options, take them.
