flexible scheduling, no more than 4 days on at a time, 8 hrs overtime available per week, lots of learning (new residents), full benefits while part time

Cons

difficult to switch between part time and full time, many nurses speak Tagalog on the floor or during shift report, experienced nurses not always welcoming to new nurses, double charting (electronically and paper charting for now), parking is expensive, lots of fees/dues taken out of pay check each month
