Management will give you tasks outside of your job description, sometimes leading to longterm responsibilities without additional pay. Documentation/Instructions will be asked for frequently, insuring they can use it to train your replacement. Your opinion on how to resolve issues does not matter, management will hold it against you for not being 100% compliant. Management revolves around friendships, elevating each other and rejecting others' professional growth. The school relies heavily on Student Employees so that there are less Staff Union Members and less salary cost (stated fact by Leadership from Chancellor's Office).
