      Pros

      The team provides great services all at no cost. The work environment is great and there is little interference from management.

      Cons

      With a small and new campus things are always changing, sometimes for better, sometimes for worse.

      Pros

      It is quite an easy job. I am able to do my homework and do the upkeep in a pretty nice environment.

      Co-workers it seems in my experience are the only thing that make your job hard.

      Pros

      Very flexible with students' class schedule. Workload is not to bad physically (except for a few positions). The pay is more than minimum wage. Workers RARELY get sent home early due to the fact that there is always something to do.

      Cons

      Managerial positions are sometimes too lenient of student workers, as far as punishments for repetitive mistakes. In specific regards to Lantern area, there is DIRE NEED for some sort of plumbing system. The place cannot operate efficiently in the future without it.
