DC management is not the best. supervisor go on power trips and you cannot voice out your opinion because if you do you get fired.... not a good place to work in if you cant take orders from people that are not so intelligent. No advancement.

Being a new university, there are many opportunities for growth but, like a startup, requires enlisting in the vision of the UC. Engineering faculty and researchers worked close together and created a good environment to learn as an undergrad.

Cons

The bureaucracy can have a heavy weight.
