Friendly community/coworkers, very flexible when it comes to schedules, fun job to work at and do!

Scheduling was a bit tough to get used to, but was doable.

Tuition is completely funded, and guaranteed a job as a teaching assistant provided you meet certain deadlines and protocol.

Cons

Up to the instructor how many teaching assistants are needed, so if you are the only TA you'll take care of inordinate amount of grading.
