Pros

Students gets the extra benefit of having a $5 coupon for food the day that they're on shift. You can apply become a supervisor or Manager if you stick with dining for over 3 quarters. Surprisingly, there's a retirement account that UCR adds into for your benefit.

Cons

You're working in a fast paced environment where you might have to do a variety of tasks on a given day. There's stress associated with dealing with customers and managers.
