When working with college students directly its easy to see the purpose of your work. It is really meaningful to help people in this phase of life. Very stable job, very flexible and laid back work environment. Great work life balance.

Cons

No real way to get a raise, a promotion, or grow within your own role. Compensation does not match what is needed to live in Santa Barbara, putting staff at risk for housing struggles. Little flexibility when it comes to remote work.
