Pros

The recreation center offers great hours and great pay ($9 for line staff; $12 for supervisors). As an employee your job station is never the same. You're not confined to one station. As a result, you develop multiple skill applicable to other jobs (maintenance, customer service, supervising, critical thinking, etc.).

Cons

Only a student and part-time gig. I believe the University just limited the amount of hours per week as well.
