Good place for students to get experience and flexible hours

Flexible hours that will allow you to fit almost anything into your schedule. Great people to help you learn and grow.

Cons

Pay is low and jobs are becoming harder to get as the state is cutting its budgets! Server jobs probably make more money, but UCSB is much better looking on resumes

Pros

Beautiful location. The University continues to grow adding new buildings, additional bike paths and skateboard paths. Extensive bike paths make this a great option for getting to and from work.

Cons

Housing in the area is very expensive, and although there are many new building on campus, the old buildings are in very bad shape.
