      Managment, from the top down- just awful! Radiology is being managed by a passive aggressive and mentally ill director. He’s sexist, racist and a narcissist.

      Uchealth is a great company to work for overall. Great benefits. Great coworkers

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care nor listen to concerns. Short staffed. Only worried about money. Supervisor is passive aggressive and defensive when mentioning any concerns. Management has zero desire to nurture tech growth.
