      Pros

      Uchealth really invests in their employees and puts patient care first. This is one of the best organizations to be apart of.

      Cons

      The pay for Medical Assistants is very low. Patients access reps (the amazing schedulers and people who answer the main phones) get paid more than the person assisting with procedures, sending in rx refills , doing PA's , reviewing history, preforming POCT among other duties. Banner tried to recruit me and offered 2 more dollars a hour. At the end of the day the benefits for staying with the amazing company outweighed the one con of underpayment.
