      Great company but weak on pay for the area

      Pros

      This company really took care of us during COVID19. We were told we would not get raises or bonuses and programs were taken away like tuition reimbursement only for all to be re-instated within a short time. Still got raises, still got bonus, and tuition reimbursement was only out of commission a couple of months.

      Cons

      Pay and limited opportunities for growth for RT into other positions outside of direct patient care. They need to realize that other clinical personnel are just as qualified for many positions as an RN is. Very difficult to find upward mobility without RN on your name badge
