Pros

Mission Vision and values. Benefits. Tuition reimbursement. Pension. Growing organization.

Cons

While it's a magnet Organization for nursing. There is still room for nursing to be treated as professionals on the team. The nurses have a college degree in nursing and are often treated as a pink collar position.

Pros

Hires are typically outgoing, ambitious and easy to work with

Cons

-The hospital is so cheap, especially compared to surround hospitals and the Denver inflation -Does not have paid holidays, comes out of the employees PTO -Treats employees like the are disposable, says they promote growth but rarely make those opportunities realistic -Charges for parking (in Aurora) and tickets all nearby lots so employees have no options -Doctors frequently run hours behind, letting the burden fall upon the employees because all they care about is money
