      Academic medical center; Nice facilities; Locations all over; Wellness benefits for employees are very helpful

      Cons

      Horrible executive leadership; Outlandish administrative decisions which impact so many employees and patients; HR is a joke (not supportive and inconsistent practices); Growing so fast that they can't even keep up with themselves; Outrageous billing practices (including lab and radiology and outpatient fees); Pay practices are not market competitive, including for nurses

      A young inexperienced staff --hospital unable to retain nurses. Increasing patient acuities without increasing the number of staff.
