      Pros

      True definition of teamwork and putting patients first at this facility. People are upbeat, smile and call you by name. We come to work for the people we work with and the patients we care for. Evident in interactions.

      Cons

      Increase in patient census can sometimes be difficult and figure the right number of staff to have.

      Pros

      Growth, innovation, caliber of talent, leadership, BONUS, benefits to include an ACTUAL PENSION PLAN?!

      Cons

      With growth comes growing pains. Would be nice to have consistency across the various regions (such as benefits, policies, etc).

      Benefits are great: health insurance, 401K, PTO

      Cons

      Current dept promotes based on education, not experience and the education doesn't fall in the same category as the position the employee is supervising. Lack of communication and organization. Cart before the horse is the norm for a day to day workload. Leadership does not reply to emails nor communicate necessary information to staff then is upset when plans don't go as they expected.
