      Excellent Benefits, horrible organization and communication

      Pros

      Benefits are great: health insurance, 401K, PTO

      Cons

      Current dept promotes based on education, not experience and the education doesn't fall in the same category as the position the employee is supervising. Lack of communication and organization. Cart before the horse is the norm for a day to day workload. Leadership does not reply to emails nor communicate necessary information to staff then is upset when plans don't go as they expected.

      I have been a patient at UCHealth for the past few years and the care you receive there is awesome!

      Pros

      They have an amazing reputation! I utilize UCHealth for all my medical needs. The doctors are great with following thru and getting back to you with test results. Plus my family members use UCHealth

      Cons

      No cons, you just have to be willing to accept the challenge of being competitive. The only con I can think of is check in time, the line can be long.
