      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for research, committee membership, CE opportunities, and support for personal growth. A lot of educational cash can go into NTI trips, conferences, and even continuing education.

      Cons

      Like all places, especially in ICU's, high stress can cause tension between coworkers, patients, surgeons, doctors, ect.

      Pros

      Employees are nice and helpful for the most part.

      Cons

      Management is not trained well and do not have the experience that is needed to work with people in the clinics. Some providers do get away with bad behavior and treat the staff poorly such as not speaking directly to staff as they are above it. They are also given over inflated titles and constantly try to elevate themselves at any cost. The hosptal is growing quickly but I felt like just a number to them when I decided to leave. Some groups are allowed to form clicks and act out treating others without respect. They try to run the departments they work in some are even allowed to be labeled "role models" on annual reviews which is a joke management is in control /to blame for this as well.
