      Passionate people in the trenches who love health care.

      Cons

      Self absorbed and contrived executive leadership who are completely opposite to what I thought leaders in health care should be. So happy to get the job and within months learned how awful these "leaders" are. Incredibly disappointed with the political, climbing culture. Eww.

      Longmont Clinic - horrible place to work

      Discounts with things like gyms/cell phone bills/etc

      Cons

      Very high turnover. Management is absolutely unfit for leading employees - Longmont Clinic Managers are unprofessional, incompetent, and impersonal. Clinic is vastly understaffed - and management chooses to stretch employees thin to be constantly overworked. Pay is terribly low for other local opportunities. Impossible to use PTO because of no coverage available. Clinic needs a retention team because majority of employees are constantly looking for other jobs.

      They only focus on the money

      Pros

      Well staffed units, usually a large pool of resources for nurses.

      Cons

      The upper management only cares about the budget and profits. This is a pretty backwards way of doing things in healthcare. If you want to make money, you have to spend money on resources, lifts, new equipment, and more staff.
