Pros

Ability to work from home up to 3x/week. Clinically integrated health network with a growth focus.

Cons

Extremely low pay. Very low PTO (On your first year, you only get 2 weeks total in a year, from which 7 days are mandatory observed holidays, and the remaining 7 days are for sick days+vacation... Don't get sick!) Lack of team cohesiveness; teammates don't know each other; teams are separated between 3 locations (North/Metro/Colorado Springs) so no one ever meets face-to-face, this is attenuated by the fact that a lot of employees work from home and when they are in the office, they don't interact or know each other's names. No team-building/fun activities. High employee turnover rate.

Pros

Strong leadership from the top down. A real vision of what direction to lead the system in. Unparalleled direct supervisors. Tops in the industry.

Cons

Under paid compared to local competitors for the position. This is known and hopefully being addressed. No other cons that stick out.
