Benefits were good Pay was decent 23 an hour when I started 25 now Clinic schedule but was working 10 hours on Saturdays If you make it through probation you have an opportunity to cross train

Cons

The work culture is horrible. Cliques are strong be warned Supervisors are not to be trusted They let go of multiple people.Often times within a week of the person making 6 months Cross training can be halted or hindered by men and women who don't like you. UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center is incredibly toxic "Skin folk ain't kin folk"
