Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, used to be fun.

Cons

No more work/life balance flexibility New Management treats employees like their replacements. Culture Morale is down New Management very selfish and doesn’t fight for the wellness for their employees. No parking and you pay for it No work station available for each employee yet they force employees to work from the office
