      Pros

      -Everyone cares so much about their job and their patients. You cannot doubt the fact that the medical team (RNs, CM, SW, MDs, MAs, NPs, etc) cares about patients. Everyone tries to do a good job for a good experience and good care -lots of specialists to work with and consult -give very specialized care and therefore have patients from all over the country, each with unique conditions and situations -new technology and new practices

      Cons

      -going above and beyond is the expectation without proper compensation. a lot is asked of you to do. And sometimes you are made to feel bad when you can't go above and beyond. -orientation period was not what expected. No clear outlines. -always looking to new research and practices: once you know the current practice, they will end up changing it within a couple months or so -a lot of meetings that get in the way of patient care and catching up with work -there was some high turnover of support staff, which contributed to difficulty giving efficient care
