Pros

Amazing dedicated people. Great spot for nurses. Teaching hospital.

Cons

UCLA Health really treats you like crap if you're anything but a nurse. No raises for techs for 3+ years, (while nurses get 2 raises per year ;), also the tech union is just plain bad. Ronald Reagan Cath lab department is way more demanding than other cath labs.
