      Pros

      Scheduling is good.. It use to be terrible but it got better.

      Cons

      Ucla Cath Lab will hire people with out licenses or experience and expect experienced professionals to train them. The pay is kinda a low for the amount of work the the nursing and tech Manager forces techs to do. It's a good place if you are a nurse because you do 50 percent less work than a tech. Management isn't that good

      Pros

      It's very flexible part time work which is great when that's the kind of work you need right now. The culture is generally open to feedback and very collaborate. They are also just very mindful of your time, they compensate well and make clear time commitments. There is a learning curve when it comes to learning their feedback model but I think it's a very effective tool. You'll get a lot of practice in building up your communication skills with people who have similar skills as you. Some of the work can usually be done at home. Prep is paid for.

      Cons

      It's purely part time so you can work there a limited amount of hours a year. Bulky on-boarding process can take a while. Work can be inconsistent. Not a lot of benefits.
