      Pros

      Good place to start in sales. There's room to make more money in sales as long as you put the effort members are friendly

      Cons

      Franchise owners don't seem to care, and are distant, Bonus caps

      Free gym access and ability to "work your own schedule"

      Cons

      Expected to be there 8 hours minimum. Drive to Santa Ana headquarters for foolish events and training (paid below minimum wage and not reimbursed for travel). New hires are not given clientele from sales. Sales gives the already established trainers all the new clients.
