Pros

-work/life balance - does not interfere with day job or school schedule since most classes run weeknights and weekends -overall, as an instructor, the job is okay. this is evident by the fact that most of the instructors stay for a long time. However, those that are in sales/management tend to have high stress levels which leads to a high turnover rate

Cons

-management was horrible -trainers are "independent contractors" which means they can get fired at any time

Pros

Probably the best compensation plan for managers I've seen. Free membership. The hours are great so long as your hitting your numbers and the owner is pretty lenient about how you want to run the club. (so long as you are hitting)

Cons

Its a new company and not very well known. The marketing could be better.
