      Pros

      You can steal, have an harassment case against you or get fired for low sales in any of the parent company, NeV's business entities, then turn around and get promoted in another NeV businesses entity.

      Cons

      Doesn't look good for the trustworthy employees who have business integrity and character. Sends the wrong message.

      Third party PT sales company takes away money from trainers.

      Pros

      Great crew with similar initerests, members are fantastic, had great leadership from GM at the time.

      Cons

      Was part of a franchise UFC gym, owner made the running of the establishment very difficult, cleanliness of facility always an issue, third party PT sales company was brought in and essenitally took a third of the money trainers recieved for PT.

      Pros

      Great environment, great teamwork, and a new up and coming company. It's awesome when you can see a company develop and we have great leadership in place to suceed.

      Cons

      Typical rollercoaster ride of seasonal sales. Just like any fitness sales job, it'll have it's great months and its slow months. But the gym is different in many ways so you'll be able to keep it more consistant with its individuality.
