      The UFC Gym product is outstanding. It is easy to get behind and members truely see results.

      Cons

      Franchise Company so there is no SOP or HR to protect employees. Expect constant payroll issues and shady business practices.

      - Free membership - Free stuff here and there. - Coach/Member friendships

      Cons

      Management will act like they want to help you succeed, but they just give you enough to keep you until they are done making you look like you are incompetent to the owners. They only want money, not to help people with MMA knowledge. Highly competitive environment with a lot of acting.
