Pros
The members are amazing. Everyone gets to know you by name and you build a close relationship with your "family" at the gym.
Cons
The three franchise owners are horrible at owning a business. Stationed in 3 different parts of the world. None of them could come to a simple agreement on anything. I'd say these are the worst owners i've ever had to work under as a manager. This location has been doomed to fail for a couple years now and it's barely staying afloat.
