      Great team, horrible management and bad pay

      Pros

      Eat for free as much as you want, free membership. Don't bother buying supplements (overpriced)

      Cons

      Lots of work with little pay, too much favoritsm. I was the number 1 sales person and did the most work at the armbar but was never offered any compliments, always criticized, never offered a higher position, but employees that always came late and did no work were offered great management positions.

      Love the Concept,but many Franchise Owners don't know the fitness business

      Pros

      -MMA is the fastest growing sport in the world and the name UFC alone brings legitimacy to your work. -The workouts MMA fighters use along with Boxing/Kickboxing or Jui Jitsu Is not only a great way to get in shape, but is also a incredible way of life. -While it may say Dana White Is CEO, the Fertitta brothers are smart and partnered with Mark Mastrov (The Most successful man to ever own a Fitness Business, has a strong senior leadership team operating the Actual Ufc Gym locations)not The Franchises

      -While the Ufc and New Evolution Ventures are great business owners, the majority of locations are actually Franchised by individuals and unfortunately there are some franchises owners who don't know the fitness business. -Your Trainers who work 25-30 hours weekly make more than the General Managers who work 45-50+ hrs week. -My franchise owner didn't offer any insurance, and had no prior knowledge in Fitness, so it's hard to grow when you know more than the Owner. -If you have worked as a GM in other Fitness chajns, you won't be used to the Low Base Salary + Comp Plan if you work for a Franchise

      LOVE working here. We have a great staff and could not imagine working at any other health club.

      I have no complaints. My owner and GM are AMAZING!!
