Pros

You get to work your own hours

Cons

Although you work under the UFC name and with a team , you are rarely working with other coaches and management in increasing your business. If you want clients, you have to go and get them yourself. Although there are people who sign up and are interested in training, management often times gives these potential leads to coaches who are basically already booked out.

Pros

- Flexible Schedule - Good environment when allowed to work

Cons

- All the gyms are franchises with a non existent corporate component. - Owners of the specific franchise can literally destroy the name brand.
