One reviewer hit the nail on the head when they said ego is a major problem amongst management, especially with their COO/GC. I’d also throw foolish pride in there too. Most employees are under qualified and overall aren’t assessed on their work merits but rather “favoritism.” Employees who are talented and deserving of raises/bonuses don’t get it. The benefits are awful and their big selling point is the free gym membership which management expects people to fawn over — newsflash it’s not all that.

You will not make the commission that you think you will make. You will literally spend the entire day spamming people who were unfortunate enough to have a friend mention their name in a referral. You will spend all day making at least 100 phone calls (that is not an exaggeration) and meeting other impossible tasks before they even consider you taking in a walk in. This is an everyday requirement they do not tell you about until after you are hired. High turn over rate for a reason.
