The people in this company are great and love to work hard and play hard. It's a very sales oriented company with a lot to offer its employees. Resources are endless. Growth is very realistic unlike other corporations that limit the opportunity for one to grow.

Cons

Communication could be better between departments.Training could also use some work.

Well managed company with plenty of opportunity for growth when the building industry is in good shape

Incredibly high stress with little tolerance for errors - unfortunately, a standard in the industry. Very susceptible to building industry fluctuations
