Employees are very welcoming Great benefits Seems to be growth within the company Work from home option UGI has made onboarding very easy as a new virtual employee

Cons

None. This is a great company- of course I wish I could interact a bit more with co-workers but I am sure that will be much different when we are able to get back into an office!

Pros

Every one at UGI has welcomed me and also gone out of their way in making sure I talk to the right coworkers in getting the work done. Very friendly environment.

Cons

Unable to visit the office and personally meet the rest of the team. Hopefully this can happen as soon as the pandemic is over!
