Pros

UGI is a company that values its people and gives employees opportunities to move around the company for learning & growth development. During this pandemic it is clear that the safety and well being of employees and their families are a priority. Colleagues and culture are warm, collaborative, and friendly. Executives are open, approachable and welcome new ideas. Continuous improvement is a focus in all functions. Overall an excellent place to work.

Supporting their workforce even through the pandemic

Pros

There have not been major layoffs due to the pandemic, and they have accommodated employees to work from home as much as possible. Upper management provides frequent updates on company performance, return to work plans, and the company's response to the pandemic. The open communication policy at UGI definitely flows from the top down!

Cons

There are a LOT of people between UGI and AmeriGas, so sometimes it can be difficult to navigate departments.
