My experience working for UGI has been fantastic. They are a large company that provides its employees with a small company feel. At UGI you are more than just an employee you are part of a family. The culture is one that promotes employee growth and encourages people to strive for success. I think the best part of working at UGI is knowing that I work for a company that not only believes in the work they do, but believes in me and the work I do.

Pros

People are friendly. Nice location. Pay and benefits are get.

Cons

The culture is definitely lacking and needs to be improved upon. People are either blaming each other or talking behind your back. There is no unity there and management keeps a blind eye to it. If you are not liked or in a certain department there is no chance for growth.
