Pros

Location, hybrid office policy, and team/colleagues,

Cons

Leadership decisions can feel inconsistent due to a culture of preferential treatment. Internal mobility and advancement often appear influenced by personal connections rather than merit.

Pros

Management was nice. Hr was not.

Cons

Ugi did not give customer service representatives raises for 2 years. They said it was due to a business mistake on their end, 2022-2024. I had my exit interview and I told Hr the abuse on the phones was terrible and inevitable no matter how great of an employee you are. He asked me, “were you just overwhelmed?” Do not want to work for a company like that. No advancement.
