Possibilities of working for different companies in the 3-year program Rotations are long enough that you get expertise in the field you are working for Great work-life balance Long term business

Cons

Long term business brings an unique culture that won't fit someone who is looking for a fast track

Pros

Candidate experience was fantastic. Interview process was fast, focused and the right people were involved. Opportunity to get involved with strategic projects day 1. Supportive management team.

Cons

None of note. Great experience thus far.

Great Company, Wonderful Virtual Onboarding

Pros

Becoming a part of the UGI Corp Team during Covid-19 has been a great experience. From a flexible start date to the robust virtual on-boarding and continued follow up and check ins from other team members. To say the least this experience has been different than any other but overall rewarding. I am looking forward to many more years at UGI.

Cons

Since I am working from home the only con is not being able to interact spontaneously with coworkers. That is just the current situation and nothing against the company
